Thuong Studio (thuong.studio, "we", "our", or "us") operates VocaTrace. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Audio Data

Voice Input: We use your device's microphone to provide voice recognition and voice input features. The audio is used solely to convert your speech to text in real-time.

Data Handling: We do not record, store, or transmit your audio data to our servers. Processing is handled by your device's native speech recognition system (Apple Speech Recognition or Google Speech-to-Text).

This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Error and Crash Data (Automatically Collected)

To improve app stability and fix bugs, we automatically collect error and crash reports through Sentry, a third-party error tracking service. This includes:

  • Crash logs and stack traces
  • Device model and operating system version
  • App version and session information
  • Error messages and timestamps

This data is transmitted to Sentry's servers and is used solely for debugging and improving the app. No personally identifiable information is collected through this service.

03. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

  • User-generated content (your practice worksheets or handwriting)
  • Browsing history or app usage analytics
  • Advertising or tracking identifiers

04. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Sentry (Error Tracking): We use Sentry to automatically collect crash reports and error logs to help us fix bugs and improve app stability. Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For processing in-app purchases. These platforms have their own privacy policies.

External Translation Services (Optional): If enabled by you, the App may open external dictionary websites. These services have their own privacy policies.

05. Data Security

Your data is stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms provided by the operating system. We do not have access to your local data.

06. Children's Privacy

Our App is suitable for all ages and does not collect any personal information from children or adults. Parents can use the App with their children without privacy concerns.

07. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all App data by uninstalling the App. No data remains on our servers because we don't collect any.
